Can I book a session of an hour?
We do not provide single hour coaching sessions as a single hour
cannot thoroughly address any desired outcomes. However, if you
are a current customer, requesting an additional session shall be
possible, as a follow-up or extension.
How do you tailor individual coaching services?
Individual coaching services, such as personal, professional,
and relationship coaching take into account your individual
personality, your particular experiences, and your unique
philosophy and circumstances of life.
In individual coaching sessions, what is the difference between
your approach and that of a psychologist or psychiatrist?
The focus in individual coaching sessions is on what can be made
of the current situation, what can be done or achieved, rather
than endless explorations of the past or someone's childhood. It
is about creating options, opportunities and choices to enjoy
life more than before, get more out of life and increase your
leadership potential and impact in the present and future.
What can we expect from Corporate Training developed for us only?
Your uniquely tailored Corporate Training will take into account
the situation at hand as you present it to us. We will develop
a custom program for your firm only, a one-of-a-kind product just
for you, adapted to your context, specific needs and distinctive
goals, addressing your leadership and organizational development.
How many executives shall attend a customized Corporate Training?
For your own maximum utility, we recommend no less than twenty four,
but no more than forty eight. However, special programs can be held
in smaller or larger groups and may be as influential or even more
so than the ones of mentioned group sizes.
When is the best time to request a tailored Corporate Training?
Ideally you anticipate your need for such a program a year or two
in advance, as is the case e.g. with leadership succession or planned
restructurings. We will then be able to take ca. three months to get
your program ready, three to six months to roll it out with you and
then you still got about three months to adapt all internal as well
as external processes to the new status quo.

What is an experiential exercise?
An experiential exercise is an interaction of two or more individuals.
It involves everybody's full attention and active response to given
or upcoming parts of the exercise and as such let's you experience
your group members and yourself in a new situation. This results in
a thorough learning experience which you can recall forever and use
repetitively, which is why it is so valuable. It can take the form
of a case discussion, group work, teamwork, challenge-response,
simulation or role-play.
What is the dress code for the Global Leadership Seminar?
The dress code is business or professional. That means no jeans or
denims; nothing frivolous, libelous or innuendous; no tee shirts,
no flip flops, no sneakers; no miniskirts, no décolletage. For men
it implies usually at least a jacket or blazer and dress pants,
better a business suit, business shirt and a conservative tie. For
women, this means a business suit or pants suit, or jacket and dress.
Can I come for just a few sessions of the seminar, skip a session or
miss the beginning?
Unfortunately, if you miss the beginning, you will not be able to
participate well in the seminar and cause disturbance to your group.
It is therefore imperative that you arrive early, in order to enjoy
the seminar, make great input for your group exercises and succeed
towards your certificate.
